At Onyx, we've always been obsessed with sourcing the best. What started with specialty coffee — traveling the world to find the perfect bean — naturally extended to wine. The same principles apply: know the producer, respect the process, and never settle.
We partner directly with independent winemakers from around the globe. These aren't mass-produced labels. They're small-batch wines from people who pour their lives into every vintage. Wines with stories worth telling and flavors worth savoring.
Every month, our team tastes dozens of wines to select just a few for our members. We look for character, craftsmanship, and that hard-to-define quality that makes you stop and pay attention.
