This 2026 Watervale Single Vineyard Riesling was sourced from 95 year old vines on the Carlsfield Vineyard in the Clare Valley’s Watervale sub-region. These vines are detail pruned and shoot thinned, providing an integral canopy architecture yielding perfectly balanced bunches (not handpicked).

The 2026 Watervale Single Vineyard Riesling was made through the modern winery at Seppeltsfield. Fermented in stainless steel at lower temperatures to preserve vibrancy of fruit and delicate aromaticity; the wine was stirred gently on fine lees for 3 months prior to bottling.
