Heidi is famous for preserving heritage, reviving near-extinct varieties (like Furmint), and championing classic Austrian sweet wines. Today, she runs the 10-hectare estate alongside her sons, Johannes and Georg, blending multi-generational tradition with fresh, natural, and fun ideas.
